The source references establish grid, palette, layering, and title-motion cues. The package translates those constraints into original code and drawings.

The icons, component API, tokens, documentation architecture, examples, and code are new work produced for this framework.

Modern CSS architecture
Cascade layers, focused component properties, responsive layout primitives, native dialog and popover, reduced motion, and theme scoping form the implementation.
Self-hosted manual
All visual documentation consumes dist/cargo19.css; there is no hidden documentation stylesheet. Generated pages embed the icon sprite for Safari-safe local browsing.
03 / FONT POLICY
Open sources, no bundled binaries
The default network build references official open-font families. The ZIP includes licensing routes and CSS fallbacks, not font software.

Third-party names and referenced projects remain the property of their respective owners. The framework does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Distribution boundary
The package contains CSS, JavaScript, original SVG drawings, HTML documentation, source generators, metadata, and text licenses. It contains no film stills, logos, proprietary typefaces, or font files.
